Getting Started with Centrexs

To begin using Centrexs, follow these initial setup steps:

KYC Identity Verification

  • Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Centrexs dashboard.
  • The dashboard provides Identity Verification under Profile Settings:

    • Go to “Profile Setting – Identity Verification” tab on the menu

    Go through the Persona Identity Verification process

Wait for KYC Approval

Wait for up to 24 hours for KYC result

KYC Approved

Upon KYC approval, go to next step to connect your bank account

SSN Verification process is to increase daily limit to $5,000

Connect Your Bank

  • Upon KYC identity approval, you will need to connect your bank.
  • The dashboard provides bank account connection under Profile Settings:

    • Go to “Profile Setting – Connect Bank Account” tab on the menu

    Go through the Plaid bank connection process
