Forgot Password

Click "Forgot Password?"
Go to the login page at https://centrexs.com/login and click the Forgot Password? link.

Enter your email
Provide the email address associated with your Centrexs account and submit. You'll receive an OTP (one-time code) in your registered email.

Check your email for OTP
Open your mailbox and look for the OTP email from Centrexs. Click the “Reset Password” link inside to proceed to the secure reset page.

Verify OTP & Set New Password
On the reset page, enter the OTP code, create a new secure password, confirm it, and click Submit. Password must be at least 8 characters long with letters and numbers.
